| In this apartment kitchen remodel, we removed half of the wall separating the kitchen and the dining room. This doubled the visual space and improved interaction between the rooms. By reconfiguring the appliance arrangement we were able to increase cabinet storage even though we removed the upper cabinets shown in this 'before' photo.The new tiles were custom painted and installed in an onyx background. A slate counter tops the new half wall. |
